Armand Boissy, originally from France, has been living and working in the Lake Atitlan region for soon 30 years. With a passion for health and wellness, Armand was one of the founders of the now infamous Villa Sumaya Yoga Resort and went on to create in 2003 Atitlan Solutions, now, Lake Attilan’s premiere one-stop real estate agency

Specializing in the purchase and sell of land and properties within and outside of the Atitlan region, Armand Boissy is one of the few foreign licensed Guatemalan Real Estate Agents working in Guatemala and is fluent in French, English and Spanish.

He is the proud board member of the Guatemalan Association of Realtors, the National Chamber of Realtors, Amigos de Atitlan and The Lake Atitlan Rotary.

Armand is a customer driven Realtor dedicated to achieving results and providing exceptional services in real estate, rentals, property management and construction.

When Armand is not with clients he is busy hanging out with his two daughters (now teenagers) and is the proud owner of Atitlan Sunset Lodge, a small health-conscience hotel nestled at the shores of Santa Cruz La Laguna where he spends his free time enjoying yoga, paddle boarding, swimming and running.
