Spectacular waterfront land in the area of most appreciation for sale, lake Atitlàn

One of my favorite side of the lake.

First of all easy access from two directions.. either from Panajachel it is at more or less 5 kms or coming from Guatemala city through Aguas Escondidas and San Antonio Palopo.

3,941 m2 at the moment with 21 mts on the road (in 2 sections) and  40 mts waterfront

It has currently a plantation of coffee in production.

The lot can be divided in two..

The upper part where the coffee is , is the easiest to access and one lot on the waterfront which either can be access from the water solely or carving an access from the road down.

One of the best area on the lake with the best sunsets and views to the volcanoes
