The Hotel was built in 2004-2005, the initiative of a Quebec family who fell in love with Lake Atitlán and  wanted to develop international tourism.

Since its inauguration in 2005, the  Hotel and Restaurant has been managed by different administrations, always with  the goal to give employment to the people of the region and give support to the local Tz’utujil community of San Pedro La Laguna through  various sports and artistic projects.

The multilingual staff at the reception will make it their mission to guide you through the various touristic offerings and attractions of the village.

The hotel is build on three floor each with different size and lay out.

First floor 710 m2 with reception, living area visit bathroom, office, 11 bedrooms, meeting room, cellars.

Second floor 510 m2 with 7 rooms with bathrooms, bar, pool table, terrace, jacuzzi areas

Third floor 233m2 kitchen, bar, cellar, pizza oven, chimeney, 2 terraces over looking the lake.
