The beginning
It all started by accident… as I studied Political Sciences, the Art of organizing a society, I end up liking to organize space and houses.
When I settled in Guatemala I did a lot of different jobs from tour guide, manager of commercial store, restaurant owner, bakery owner. But then, I build, with my wife of the moment, the hotel Villa Sumaya.
A great experience from which I learned a lot.
When I departed from the hôtel,I naturally get involved in small construction projects and some little sale and buying deals. As well into my own project called Atitlan Sunset Lodge.
I was suddenly responding to a local demand from foreigners, passing by or long times resident.
Our main business…
Well being only a realtor wouldn’t allow me to make a decent living so we have to branch in different activities. All of them related to our core business which is real estate in Guatemala Lake Atitlan.
Since then we have grown an office that provide various services to our clients. From finding and selling properties, building house or businesses, rental management, property management and consulting for development.
Guatemala real estate is getting to be known as a new market with strong potential. Therefore we have been able to build ample resources and knowledge that will benefit our current and future clients.
We have been developing a strong network of associated realtors all around Guatemala through our membership with the Guatemalan Chamber of Realtor of Guatemala (www.ccbrg.com).
As well proudly board member of the oldest Guatemalan Chamber of Realtors.
